As Lead Designer at L’ange, I led a 3-person creative team, overseeing the development of high-impact digital campaigns that enhanced brand awareness and engagement. I spearheaded the creation and execution of a graphic standards manual, ensuring brand consistency across 75+ assets for web, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising. Collaborating closely with the Art Director, I played a key role in the creative development process, including mechanicals, imaging, proofing, animation, and digital production. I managed project timelines, prioritized workloads, and ensured seamless execution across all design initiatives. Thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, I balanced creative excellence with tight deadlines, optimizing workflows to produce scroll-stopping social media content, conversion-driven website assets, and visually compelling digital ads.
